The Ben Wing: (Consists of 5 twin rooms and 3 small family rooms)

• x 5 twin bedrooms. Each room has 2 single beds.
• x 3 family / double bedrooms. Each room has 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
  ( Family rooms can also be booked as double or twin rooms, at 2 person occupancy tariff.)
• Each room is well fitted-out with plenty of hanging & storage space.
• Each room also has a private shower, toilet and wash-basin.
• Electrically heated & carpeted throughout.
• All rooms have flatscreen digital TV's and free WI-FI.
• Twin rooms (except room 5) are at front of building, and have some mountain views.
• Family / double rooms are at the rear of the building, and have no views.

The Coe Wing: (Consists of 3 large family rooms)

• Room 1: Has 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 2 single bunkbeds.
• Rooms 2 & 3: Each room has 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 2 single bunkbeds.
• Each room has a fitted foyer area for hanging clothing and storing luggage.
• Each room also has a private shower, toilet and 2 wash-basins. (Rooms 2 & 3 have 2 toilets.)
• Electrically heated and carpeted throughout.
• All rooms have flatscreen digital TV's and free WI-FI.
• Room 1 is fitted for disabled access. Wheelchair ramp access available outside building.
• Rooms are at front of building, and have some mountain views.

Each wing also has its own:

• Well equipped kitchen / dining area. All facilites - crockery, cookers with ovens & grills, microwave, ample fridge space etc.
• Efficient & large, wet-gear drying room with racking, wall heaters & dehumidifier.

Accommodation is strictly non-smoking inside.
Dogs not permitted anywhere in accommodation.

A twin ensuite room in the 'Ben' Wing.
(5 of this room type available. Each room has 2 single beds.)

A small family ensuite room in the 'Ben' Wing.
(3 of this room type available. Each room has 1 double bed and 1 single bed.)

A five berth family room in the 'Coe Wing'.
(1 of this room type available. Room has 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 2 single bunkbeds.)

Both wings also have excellent self-catering kitchen / dining facilities:
(Kitchen facilities are communal, and are shared with other rooms)

• All bed linen provided. Towels available on request from reception.
• Complimentary tea & coffee available in kitchen.
• Large amount of maps, walking / touring guides and visitor attraction leaflets provided in each kitchen.
• Ample parking outside accommodation - space for a large coach, minibuses, trailers, etc.
• The kitchen of either wing can also be used as an ad-hoc lecture room by groups. TV, DVD player, projector screen & dry-wipe board available. Ideal for briefings. chats, videos, mapwork, etc.
