• Any variation to your booking circumstances, such as change of dates or party numbers, should be confirmed in writing to us. (A short e-mail is fine.)
• Entry to your chalet is after 4pm. Entry is possible before this time, (From 1pm.) but please contact us to in advance to arrange, or indicate this on the booking form. There's no upper time limit for arriving. Checkout time is before 10.30am.

• All bed linen is provided. (Duvets & pillows.) Towels can be provided on request at £2 per set - please indicate on the booking form if you require them. (Bed linen and towels changed once per week.)

Dogs

• We accept 1 dog per chalet @ £2.50 per night extra, or £15 for a week or longer.(no charge for returning guests.) We have a limited number of chalets designated for dogs. Please see our conditions on acceptance of a dog.

• The Hirer warrants that the accommodation is to be used for holiday or instructional purposes only.
• The period of hire of the Chalet(s) is from 4pm on day of arrival up to 10.30am on day of departure. The Hirer binds and obliges themself to vacate the premises without demand at the termination of the period of hire.
• The Hirer will not sub-let the Chalet(s) booked, or any part thereof.
• The maximum number of persons occupying the Chalet(s) can only be as per number of fitted bedspaces within. Additional persons will not be accepted. Any discount that has been given for a particular number of persons occupying a Chalet becomes payable if there are any extra persons staying within it for any night(s) throughout the hire period. We reserve the right to terminate the hire without notice and refund where a breach of either of the above condition occurs, and no notice of increase in occupancy has been given.
• There is no provision for camping nor for the parking of mobile / motor homes on site.
• If the entire party involved in the hiring has not arrived by midday on the day after the hire start date, and have not informed us they shall be late, we reserve the right to relet the Chalet(s). The Hirer will be held responsible for payment of any balance amount still outstanding that cannot be recouped.
• If we are prevented by any circumstances beyond our control from making the Chalet(s) available on the day of hire commencement, and cannot provide a suitable alternative, we will refund all monies already paid, but no further liability shall be accepted.
• Although we will try to comply with specific requests, we are not obliged to provide any particular chalet.
• Well-behaved dogs are welcome, (Maximum of 1 per chalet.) but must be kept under strict control and on a lead whilst on-site, and not cause any undue annoyance to other guests.
  - Dogs are not permitted into bedrooms nor onto furniture, and are not to be left alone in the chalet.
  - All dog waste must be picked up by the owner and deposited in the special bin on-site. Bags & a scooper are provided for this.
  -Dogs are permitted in the bar area only of our Four Seasons Pub & Restaurant.
  -Any hairs must be removed from carpets before departure using hoover provided.
• Smoking is not permitted in chalet accommodation at any time. We reserve the right to levy an excess cleaning charge on the Hirer should this term be breached. Such a charge will reflect the additional labour time and materials required to deep-clean / defumigate the chalet. Persons may smoke outside the chalet on patio areas. Cigarette butts must be put in the receptical bins provided and must not be thrown on the ground.
• We reserve the right to levy an excess cleaning charge on the Hirer should the Chalet be vacated in a condition which exceeds a normal level of acceptability. The confirmation of such a condition will be made by at least 2 persons, one of whom is not a member of the management team. The charge made will reflect the additional labour and / or materials required to rectify it
• Any accident or injury to persons. or loss of personal property whilst within the grounds should be reported to the management immediately. We accept no liability for loss or damage to any personal effects / motor vehicles whilst on-site. Relevant insurance precautions for any unforeseen eventuality should already be taken.
• We will not be held responsible for any personal injury sustained on-site, save sofar as it results from our own proven negligence.
• We ask that noise be kept to a minimum during night-time hours.
• It is important to Inchree Centre that guests enjoy their holiday and every effort is made to ensure this. However, in the unlikely event of dissatisfaction with the accommodation or any subsequent problem, the hirer should immediately contact the management to give them the opportunity to rectify any problem. Complaints will not be entertained, nor potential liability accepted, if it is made at the end of a stay, nor after the stay by letter or telephone call, when it will surely be appreciated that it is quite impossible for the problems to be effectively investigated and verified.
• The Hirer is ultimately responsible for the Chalet(s) and it's belongings during the period of hire, and is expected to take all necessary care. The hirer agrees to pay the necessary amount to rectify any damage to Chalet(s) or to replace any lost or damaged Chalet belongings, caused by any member of their party. Inferior replacement items are not acceptable.
• The Hirer undertakes to leave the hired premises secure if left unoccupied during the period of let and to allow access by the owners or their employees for any reason the owners deem appropriate.
• Larger single-sex male groups are not generally accepted. Exceptions to this are: school / college / university groups on official field trips, recognised activity clubs, armed forces & emergency service groups or any other official / governmental organisation, mountain rescue teams, community / church groups and outdoor instructional / corporate training courses.
• We reserve the right to decline a booking or to refuse to hand over the Chalet(s) to any person who in our opinion, is not suitable to take charge. In this case, any balance amount already paid shall be refunded in full, and the contract shall be discharged without further liability on either party.
• We also reserve the right to repossess the Chalet(s) at any time where any damage, inappropriate behaviour or annoyance to other guests has occurred. In such a case we shall not be liable to make a refund of any portion of the balance amount already paid, and will claim recompense for any damage or outstanding balance of the length of stay completed, but not yet paid for.
• If the rate of VAT varies from 17.5% before the end of your chalet occupation, then there will be a slight change in the holiday price in accordance with such variation.
• The Hirer accepts the holiday contract is between themself and FWT Ltd. (T/A Inchree Centre.) and is subject to Scottish Law.
• Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these conditions.
• We reserve the right to vary these terms & conditions from time to time, according to any changes in our policies.

Cancellation Agreement

• It is perhaps not widely known that a reservation made with an accommodation provider constitutes a legally binding contract, with obligations on both parties. In the event of having to cancel their reservation, the Hirer can be held liable for payment of the full balance, regardless of the circumstances behind the cancellation, should the accommodation provider wish to do so.
• In the event of cancellation of a booking any deposit amount paid is non-refundable.
• In accordance with accepted practice, an account for the remaining balance may be rendered by us to the Hirer if the accommodation cannot be re-booked.
• The Hirer will be liable for any outstanding balance should they decide to leave the accommodation earlier than the previously booked departure date.
• We recommend aquiring personal travel insurance, to safeguard against the above liabilities if you have not already done so.
